Directions for use: listen in the morning, right after waking up, and at night, right before bed. You may also listen during the day if you feel called to. Repeat for 21 days. You do not need to listen to this twice a day every day for 21 days to see results – these are just general guidelines. Results may come much sooner than 21 days, but it is best to continue listening to this track even after your ex shows back up, to make sure you’ve solidified these new beliefs. You may choose to repeat the affirmations out loud or write them down for added potency, but it is not required. Remember, it is your BELIEFS that manifest. This track is just a tool to help you form new, healthy beliefs about your relationship with your ex.
