This guided meditation exercise will help you set negative things aside - giving you space to work through them on your time, not theirs.

Being able to pause a negative spiral, and get back in the moment, is a useful skill you'll practice during this exercise. This strategy is used by professional therapists to halt intrusive thoughts and get you in a better state of being.

Coach Katie walks you gently through a visualization that will allow you relief from negative thoughts and feelings, until you're ready to address them. You will learn a useful technique for creating peace and quiet in your mind.

**You do not need clear visuals to participate in this exercise. However you naturally imagine your thoughts is perfect!**
